I’m Nika, a dietitian and fellow PCOS & endometriosis warrior.
I started this blog for every girl and woman navigating the messy, beautiful world of hormones — whether you’re dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, or other women’s health challenges. Prehranika was born out of a desire to create a safe space — because I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to battle something that’s practically invisible to the outside world.
I’ve been there (and, truthfully, still am).
When I was first diagnosed with PCOS — and later with endometriosis — I searched everywhere for answers: Can nutrition help me? What should I eat? How do I manage the pain? How do I start feeling like myself again? I couldn’t find one place with everything I needed… so I decided to create it.
Here, you’ll find quick, nourishing recipes, hormone-friendly nutrition tips, and practical advice to support your health and wellbeing. From cozy breakfasts to vibrant lunches, every dish is designed to balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and fuel your body naturally — because let’s be honest, life with hormones isn’t exactly a rom-com.
I believe nutrition should feel easy, empowering, and guilt-free. And to be totally honest… I don’t have all the answers. I’m still figuring things out — especially with endometriosis. Some days, I still ask myself, “What now?” But that’s why Prehranika exists — for learning, healing, and sharing this journey together.
