Prehranika- a blog for PCOS and endometriosis is actually my side hustle. I work as a public health dietitian in the primary health system. With my knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition, I strive for professionalism and credibility in my work. My academic journey and participation in various projects have given me a broad understanding of nutrition in both theory and practice.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the Biotechnical Faculty.
  • Master’s studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Projects and experience
  • Participation in the Nutrition Symposium
  • OFEM (Olympic Festival of European Youth) – providing nutritional support for young athletes.
  • Internship in Public Health, gaining experience in community nutrition.
  • Clinical rotations at the Pediatric Clinic and the Oncology Institute, where I gained insight into clinical nutrition for different populations.
  • 2025: Contribution to the biggest conference about public health in my country with the title “A multidisciplinary approach to nutritional and physical activity support for older adults”.
  • 2026: Project lead – Multidisciplinary management of women with polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome: connecting primary and tertiary levels of healthcare.
Additional Professional Training
  • ESPEN LLL Clinical Nutrition Seminars – continuous education in nutritional support for patients.
  • Annual attendance at nutrition symposiums to stay up to date with the latest scientific findings.

Through education and practical experience, I aim to advance understanding of nutrition’s importance to health and well-being. Because of my two conditions, one of my biggest passions in the last few years has become women’s health through nutrition, which is one of the reasons why I started a blog about PCOS and endometriosis.
